Agreement on Business Goals

Work-in-Progress Review

During the design process, we will keep you involved and informed about the progress. You will have the opportunity to review the work in progress and provide feedback. This collaborative approach allows you to have an active role in shaping the direction of the design deliverables.

Delivery of Final Deliverables

Upon completion of the project, we will deliver the final design deliverables to you in a timely manner. These deliverables will be created based on the agreed-upon business goals and your feedback throughout the process.

Evaluation Period

We understand that it is essential for you to be completely satisfied with the design deliverables. Therefore, we provide a five-day evaluation period starting from the delivery date. During this period, you have the opportunity to thoroughly review the deliverables and assess whether they meet the agreed-upon business goals.

Guarantee Options

If, within the evaluation period, you find a reason why the delivered design deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon business goals, you have the following options:

a) Refund: You can request a refund of the amount paid for the Indieconomy One Day Brand package. Upon receiving your refund request, we will promptly process it in accordance with our refund policy.

b) Revision and Adjustments: Alternatively, if you believe that the design deliverables can be improved to align with the agreed-upon business goals, you can request changes. We will invest up to half a day of additional work to make the necessary revisions based on your direction. Please note that any substantial changes beyond the scope of this guarantee may require a separate agreement and may be subject to additional charges.

Communication and Timeframe

To exercise the guarantee options, please contact us via email within the five-day evaluation period. We will acknowledge your request promptly and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Limitations

It is important to note that this guarantee policy applies specifically to the Indieconomy One Day Brand package. Different projects, services, or offerings may have separate terms and conditions or guarantee policies. This guarantee policy does not cover circumstances where the agreed-upon business goals have changed substantially after the project has commenced or where the deliverables have been modified by third parties.
